The Juvenile Division consists of 119 sworn and 12 civilian personnel who are responsible for juvenile narcotics enforcement, child abuse and child exploitation investigations, overseeing the Department's youth programs, providing Department-wide juvenile advice, consulting, and training. Captain Fabian E. Lizarraga is the Commanding Officer of the Juvenile Division.
